Super Peak Supplements

A compulsory gala dinner supplement of USD 65 (LKR 9,750) nett per person for 24th December will be charged at check-in if booked on Room Only or Bed & Breakfast basis, and USD 40 (LKR 6,000) nett per person if booked on Half Board or Full Board basis. A compulsory supplement of USD 90 (LKR 13,500) nett per person for New Year Gala dinner on Room Only / Bed & Breakfast and a rate of USD 65 (LKR 9,750) nett per person on Half board / Full board basis will be charged at check-in since these are not included in the room rate.

Cancellations

For Normal Bookings

• Cancellations received with 8 days or more notice, will be refunded in full less any bank charges (if any)
• Cancellations received with less than 7 days’ notice is subject to a 100% cancellation fee
• Failure to arrive at the hotel is subject to a 100% cancellation fee

For Early Bird Bookings

• Any cancellation made on the Early Bird Booking is non-refundable

• Bookings made for the super peak period of 23^rd December 2019 to 10^th January 2020 will be non-refundable….

Cancellation Policy for amended bookings

The cancellation policy will be applicable to the original date of arrival and not to the extended date of arrival. If the date of arrival is brought forward, the cancellation policy will be applicable to the amended date of arrival.

Child Policy

• Children below 5 years stay for free on existing bedding
• Children between 6-11 years (up to maximum 02 children) sharing parents' room will be charged 50% of meal rates on existing bedding
• Children of 12 years and above are considered as adults and full rate will be charged

Meal Rate

•  Lunch 15 US$
•  Dinner 22 US$

Applicable Rate

• The Sri Lankan rate made available through the online booking engine in LKR, are only applicable for Sri Lankans and Sri Lankan resident visa holders
• Verification (Sri Lankan National ID or Passport) will also be requested at the hotel during check-in to confirm Nationality
• If a guest book the Sri Lankan rate and a foreign national(s) is a part of the group, the standard foreign rate will be charged from that guest(s) at the hotel upon check-in
• If a foreign national does book the Sri Lankan rate, then the difference between the Sri Lankan rate and the foreign rate will have to be paid.

Booking Disputes

• If a dispute arises with regard to a reservation made with Riff Hikkaduwa hotel has the sole authority to cancel the reservation by informing the guest via email. The reservation amount will be refunded in full minus any bank charges to the credit card of the guest
